Drellishak DD/mb Enclosures GENC 002155 Case Number: WC89-1364 Subject: William Price Client: Gencorp SUMMARY .OF INVESTIGATION At the time of assignment in this matter, client requested surveillance be conducted on William Price of 2848 King Road Box 167, North Kingsville, Ohio. The results of the surveil lance are set forth. Surveillance Notes Wednesday, August 16, 1989 Surveillance is instituted at the Price residence at 8:00 a.m. The home is a two-story single family house with a well kept yard. A sign in the front yard indicates that this is the Price residence. At this time no activity is noted. At 8:46 a.m. a light blue sedan pulls into the driveway, and a white female and two children exit and enter the residence. At 8:53 a.m. the same female leaves the residence and departs in the blue sedan. At 9:20 a.m. an individual believed to be our subject leaves the residence in a dark blue Buick Riveria. He is alone. At 9:30 a.m. the subject arrives at the Big K Restaurant at a Unnical Gas Station on Route 84. The subject is observed entering the restaurant. At 10:04 a.m. the same subject who is described as a white male in his fifties wearing a blue golf shirt, blue jeans, and glasses with thinning hair exits the restaurant and enters the Buick. Client should refer to the video tape for a positive identifying picture of the subject. V At 10:09 a.m. the subject is followed to a Pharmacy located at Route 193. At 10:11 a.m. the subject exits the Pharmacy and enters his vehicle. At 10:30 a.m. surveillance is reinstituted at the subject's residence. The blue Buick is now parked in the drive and the garage door is open. At 11:34 a.m. the subject exits his residence and gets into the blue Buick. He exits his driveway. The subject is lost in traffic at 11:49 a.m. off of Route 193. Surveillance is reinstituted at the subject's residence. GENC 002156 At 12:37 p.m. the subject returns to his residence. At 1:30 p.m. the subject backs a light blue four door sedan from the garage into the driveway. At 1:33 p.m. the subject carries a garden hose and a bucket from the garage and begins to wash the vehicle. The client should refer to the video tape at this time. At 2:29 p.m. the subject washes and dries the vehicle for approximately 50 minutes continuously. He now pulls the car into the garage. At 2:54 p.m. the subject leaves his residence once again in the dark blue Buick with a female. At 3:00 p.m. the subject is lost on Route 20 near Conneate and surveillance is discontinued. Thursday, August 17, 1989 Surveillance is instituted at the subject's residence in North Kingsville at 9:45 a.m. At this time the blue Buick two door is parked outside of the garage. At 10:52 a.m. the subject exits his residence and enters the Buick and departs. Surveillance is not maintained on the subject in as much as it is believed that the subject would return shortly and possibly work in his yard. At 1:12 p.m. the subject returns to the residence driving his blue Buick. He parks the Buick outside of the garage and enters the residence through the front door. At 1:14 p.m. a brown Ford Pickup Truck with a cab on the back pulls into the subject's drive and parks behind the Buick. A middle-aged white male exits the vehicle and walks to the front steps of the house and meets the subject. Both subjects walk around the house as if to analyze it for some work to be done. The subject in the pickup truck looks like a contract worker. At 1:31 p.m. the subjects enter the residence. At 2:24 p.m. the subject exits the residence with the male who was driving the pickup truck. At 2:30 p.m. our subject re-enters the residence and the individual driving the pickup truck leaves. At 3:11 p.m. a new black two door Buick with a vinyl roof pulls into the residence and a white male carrying a brief case enters the home. At 3:50 p.m. no activity is noted and surveillance is discontinued. 6ENC 002157 Saturday, August 19, 1989 Surveillance is instituted at the residence of William Price at 9:00 a.m. The house appears to be closed up at this time and there are no cars observed in the driveway. At 12:00 noon a call is placed to the residence and no one answers the telephone. At 2:15 p.m. surveillance is discontinued due to lack of activity. The subject is apparently not at home and will not return throughout the day. GENC 002158
