As you might imagine, any financial support would be greatly appreciated. We'll be challenged to spend any funds in FY 2017 simply because we're so close to the end of the FY. Reprogramming funds within USGS triggers an approval process that, even in a best-case scenario, likely wouldn't conclude un l mid-August, thereby leaving us only six weeks with which to conduct new work. However, there are some specific items that could possibly be obligated in FY17 ('obligated' is the key word here) that I've broken out below.
