We are sending you several extra copies for distribution to your top operating executives, as we feel the Agenda of the first annual meeting of the Council will hold an important message for your company. We have been fortunate in lining up two outstanding authorities in their respective fields for this meeting, and with their help we will try to bring into focus for you the current developments on health and safety affecting the asbestos-cement industry. The meeting will be held in the 4th floor meeting room of the Johns-Manville executive offices, 22 E. 40th Street, New York, New York 10016 promptly at 9:30 A.M. on Friday, November 21. The meeting will not last more than three hours and will be followed immediately by luncheon in Suite T at the Biltmore Hotel, Madison and 43rd Street. For those of you who are directors of the Asbestos Cement Products Association there will be a brief directors meeting in Suite T, immediately following Luncheon. At this time of year it is suggested that your hotel and transportation arrangements be made promptly.
