Inspection Summary - Inspector Comments and Findings
Inspector reviewed RRP Rule requirements with company representatives, John McDonald and Elijah McDonald.
Inspector provided copies of Small Entity Compliance Guide to Renovate Right booklet and the Renovate Right pamphlet.
Company representative,John McDonald, stated that he became aware of the RRP Rule requirements when inspector notified the company of a records inspection.
Company representative secured certification for the company and participated in renovator training prior to the inspection. Company representative provide copies of the certification documents.
Company representative provided certification for Cut Above Construction & Design LLC (NAT-F246269-1, expires March 12, 2028).
Company representative provided renovator certifications for Company representative Elijah McDonald (R-l-99273-23-01219, expires 03/01/2028) and for John McDonald (R-l-99273-23-01220, expires 03/01/2028).
Inspector's request for a records inspection was based on a review of building permits for renovations of pre-78 built residential properties issued to Cut Above Construction & Design LLC. John McDonald could not provide RRP Rule compliance records because he was not aware of the rule requirements.
