Dear Dr. Busey:
Enclosed is payment for your invoice number 0939 for $3,789.85 covering your services on trichloroethylene, and payment of $1,900 against your invoice number 0938 for your services on vinyl chloride.
We recognize that the payment on the trichloroethylene work is $865.09 in excess of the $9,000 authorized by MCA's letter of March 8, 1978 and subsequent letters. Likewise, payments on vinyl chloride have exceeded the $2,500 authorized in our letter of February 2, 1978 by $1,187.26.
The full invoiced payment is being made in recognition of the effort you have put into each of these projects which has been very beneficial and we look forward to working with you in the future.
