(IBT), Decatur, Illinois during the week of February 20, 1978. Because of your expertise in the field of histopathology, we wish to arrange for your consulting services during an audit of histopathological findings evolving from the chronic inhalation study on VC conducted by IBT. For the services requested and upon receipt of an itemized invoice, MCA will reimburse you at the rate of $500.00 per day (or $62.50 per hour if less than an eight hour day) and for travel and other necessary expenses incident to the audit. In no event shall the total expenditure exceed $2,500.00. You are invited to attend a planning session on Monday, February 20, 1978 at the Sheraton Inn, Decatur, Illinois begin ning with lunch. This meeting will be concerned with the structuring of audit procedures, analyses of the most important areas to be covered, and analyses of and planning for essential data sampling to facilitate the most effective spot checks of the various exposure levels and animal test groups. It is estimated that your phase of the audit can be completed during regular IBT working hours on February 21 and 22, however unusual findings might require an additional day.
