Received: Thur 11/30/2023 9:36:44 AM 2965984 Dear EEN Thank you for reaching out to us. We appreciate your invitation to a meeting with the dossier submitters of the Annex XV PFAS restriction proposal, but we will have to decline at the moment. Especially when it comes to meetings on the process, ECHA is in the lead. As mentioned yesterday during the meetings of RAC and SEAC, we DSs and ECHA - are discussing the detailed planning at the moment. When it comes to sharing additional information: the 6-month consultation period ended on September 25, and the dossier submitters and the scientific committees of ECHA can only take into account substantiated information that came in through this consultation (as the information basis would be different for Committees and DSs otherwise). Since you have submitted information in this consultation, rest assured that we will take any relevant, substantiated information into account in the updates of our dossier. If we do have additional questions for clarification of the information submitted by FPG, we will contact you. Dear | hope this message finds you well. | wanted to reach out to you and your colleagues regarding the launch of our Manufacturing program for European manufacturing sites last September. As part of this program, we are currently in the process of developing the platform to promote the adoption of state-of-the-art technologies that aim to minimize nonpolymeric PFAS emissions in manufacturing. On November 30, we expect to gain a better understanding of the SEAC and RAC working program. We are hopeful that ECHA will provide us with concrete guidance. The current level of uncertainty is having a significant impact on investments, innovation, long-term business planning, and ultimately the competitiveness of the EU economy. Considering the importance of addressing these questions, | would like to propose a catch-up meeting between you, your colleagues, and FPG. During this meeting, we can present you with the progress we have made on the manufacturing program as well as our implementation plan for 2024 for this program. Please let me know if you would be available for a meeting, and we can coordinate a time that works for everyone.
