Dear Dr. Kehoe:
The trial of the Netzley case remains set for Tues day, January 23, and I still expect that we will reach your testimony on Thursday, the 25th. I have made a reservation for you and your wife at The Dayton Inn for the night of the 24th. The Dayton Inn is a downtown Motel located at the corner of Third & Ludlow Sts. in Dayton. You can take the Third St. exit from Route 25, make a right turn when you reach Ludlow St. and the narking garage for theDayton Inn has an entrance on Ludlow St. .-just beyond the Inn itself which is on the corner.
If you would like me to send someone to Cincinnati to drive you and your wife to Dayton on the 24th, please give my office a call and we will be happy to do so, I would appreciate it if you will arrive in Dayton by four o'clock on the 24th so that I could meet with you and review the events of the trial and the manner in which I would propose to examine you. I am enclosing a rough outline of my ex amination for your review.
I hone' you have had a pleasant time in Florida and I'll be looking forward to seeing you. Thanks again for your cooperation in this case.
Yours truly.
BIESER, GREER & LANDIS
