Williams' Tank Cleaners, Incorporated. This is the tank that was dismantled before it was cleaned. 'While the cleaning was attended, no one wag present during the dismantling. Mr. Phipps hag listed on the back of the report the name, addresses and tise of the sen involved in /dismantling this tank before it was cleaned. It will be noted that this tank was cleaned by Tank Cleaners, Inc. who are very familiar with Ethyl precautions. The Tancred Steel Construction Company apparently is not familiar with our tank cleaning operation, nor had ve encountered then until at this time. ve are sending a copy of this report to Mr. Emery and asking him to get in touch with Mr. Staley and review our tank cleaning program with hin in detail. e will send you a copy of Mr. Emery * s report upon its receipt.
