Employee helped correct problem following filter pack gasket blowout of 10/4/82 mentioned above.
Installed filters in old unit recovered VCM vilter pack. The pack had been opened and valved off prior to this time. The employee opened the pack, drained water from it and in stalled the new filters, noting a scent of VCM.
Employee acting as firewatch for demolition work in old unit when a valve was erroneously removed from a knockout tank recircula tion line (same incident as Vinyl Shift Supervisor overexposure of 1-4 ppm mentioned above).
Employee overexposed while sampling 741 and 743 reactors.
Employee worked near the new unit knockout tanks preparing for in sulation work. He recalls smelling VCM at one point.

Employee did regular job of charging blenders on Line III, No specific cause for the overexposure has been found. However, a suspicion exists that it may have occurred when the employee removed his coveralls caus ing dusting.
Employee worked in vicinity of new unit blow tank during preparation for install tag a sparge pipe. A leaking valve in the system gave trouble.during the time.
Employee worked in old unit entire shift. No cause has been found for the overexposure. The employee and his fellow workers and supervisor have no recollection of anything that may have produced the over exposure.
Same as Chief Operator having 1.5 ppm, VCM overexposure.
