Included in the job category is removal of insulation in danger of falling to protect personnel and removal incidental to plant repairs necessary to sustain operation. In each case the quantity to be removed will be quite small. We expect to have an average of 10-15 jobs per month of this nature with a total of less than 80 yd3 of insulation involved. All necessary precautions will be taken by the workers involved including use of all protective equipment and proper (wet) removal techniques. All insulation removal will be done by an approved contractor. All insulation will be placed in appropriate asbestos bags (double-bagged). The insulation will be taken to our closed-top container before being transported to the Tricil landfill outside of Altair, Texas. Sincerely, W. J.
