C Dear Member: December 17, 1975 9:00 AM Wednesday Chairman Karl Hochschwender, American Hoechst, announces the winter meeting of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Packaging Materials Committee for Wednesday, December 17, 1975 at the Mayflower Hotel, Washington, D, C. The agenda is enclosed. As is customary, the Steering Committee will meet at 1:30 PM the previous day in the offices of Keller and Heckman. Please note that the Wednesday general Committee meeting will be located in the Presidential Room, on the lobby floor of the Mayflower Hotel, near the 17th street entrance. While the meeting will begin promptly at 9:00 AM, the room will be open for registration at 8:00 AM. Coffee and danish rolls will also be aviilable at that time. The registration fee will be $20.00, covering luncheon and meeting expenses, which may be paid by check to SPI with your pre-registration, or at the door. To pre-register for the meeting, which is necessary for our adequate planning to accommodate all attendees, please complete and mail the enclosed registration form by November 31st. At the same time, to reserve sleeping accommodations directly with the Mayflower Hotel, please complete and mail the enclosed Reservation Post Card. The same deadline of November 31st applies, in order to insure accommodations from the block of rooms set aside for attendees at this SPI meeting. I look forward to meeting with you in Washington.
