Correspondence DATeiUly 7, 1981 SUBJECT AACPP Membership/Dues Structure Ad Hoc Committee Report ACTION REQUIRED: Review for discussion at 7/16/81 Executive Committee meeting In accordance with the resolution made and passed at the 4/16/81 Board of Directors meeting, an Ad Hoc Committee comprised of Messrs. Ambler, Jackson and Kahn met on 7/2/81 to develop recommendations on AACPP's long term membership/dues structure and goals. Following are the Ad Hoc Committee's recommendations: 1. That no change be made in AACPP's goals or membership requirements (REF: AACPP Bylaws, Articles II-A and Ill-Section 1). 2. That no change be made in the formula for assessing annual dues for U.S. member companies (i.e. % based on domestic shipments). 3. That no change be made in the formula for assessing annual dues for Canadian and Mexican member companies (i.e. flat rate currently set at $15,000 per company), 4. That annual dues for Associate Member companies be assessed a flat corporate rate according to the following schedule: $5000 $4000 $3000 One (l) company per country Two (2) companies per country Three (3) or more companies per country.
