It is imperative that contractor's employees follow the site rules to assure business is not interrupted, they or others are not injured, and Union Carbide is in compliance with laws and regulations. POLICY Liaison with contractors is handled by a Union Carbide employee designated as the Union Carbide contract administrator. The Union Carbide contract administrator is to: Provide applicable Health, Safety, Environmental and Other Site rules to the contractor in writing. Obtain agreement that contractor will abide by said rules. Audit and document that contractor's performance is in compliance with said rules.
