Review of Honeywell records for engineering documents relating to the formulation o f Bendix products is complete. No such documents were located. 3. Workers' Compensation Cases. Review of Honeywell records for data concerning asbestos-related workers compensation claims is underway and will continue. To date, a search o f computerized data has identified 18 claims for "lung disease related to asbestos exposure" for the Troy, New York and Cleveland, Tennessee facilities. All claims were paid. Computerized data goes back to 1983 and should not be considered comprehensive or all-encompassing. The database searches for Troy, New York and Cleveland, Tennessee will be concluded on or before January 15, 2010. At that time, a database search for similar claims at South Bend, Indiana and St. Joseph, Michigan will be conducted. Honeywell has no computer records associated with workers compensation claims from the Windsor, Ontario facility. In addition, a supplemental record review is underway in Troy, New York. Honeywell is attempting to locate non-computenzed records for Cleveland, South Bend, and St. Joseph.
