Citizens who are volunteering their aerlvcee in the campaign are doing so because they believe Ban Diego must not fall to vote the bonds, as additional water must be developed at once for the growing city. In the be lief that the city's future Is at stake, these citizens will work energetically to get out the vote Oct. 19. They hope to carry the bonds by the biggest favorable vote ever cart at a water bonds election in San Diego. Officers and committees will be appointed at tonight's meeting.
