July 11-12. 1973 Dear Gran; As aiways, my visit to the Brownsville Plant was very enjoyable. In general, environmental improvements were noted. Mr. Lee Windeil requested plans for the plant Industrial Hygiene Program including objectivss and frequency of analyses. The following is a list cf projects> 1. Asbestos1-- iyy,.
