Westlnghouse Electric Corporation hereby filea a Notice of Contest In connection with the Citation and notification of Proposed Penalty HO. X9034-7 issued September 26, 1960. Cita tion No. 1, Items 1 through 29 and their subparts, alleges 29 serious violations of the occupational safety and health standards and proposes penalties totaling $25,640. Citation No. 2, Items 1 through 4 and their subparts, alleges four willful violations of the occupational safety and health standards and proposes penalties totaling $24,600. CitationNo. 3, Item 1 and its subparts, allege!'one repeat violation totaling $2,000. Citation No. 4, Items 1 through 4 and their subparts, alleges four nonserlous (other) violations of the occupational aafety and health standards and proposes penal ties totaling $660. It is the Corporation's intention to con test all aspects of the referenced citations and penalty notices.
