In addition, they want the names of ten of our customers of patching compounds and as regards patching compounds a list of all raw materials and the specific names and addresses of suppliers. When she asked whether or not we were doing any product testing to determine the absense or .presence of asbestos, I advised that we were, in fact, obtaining letters of certification from all of our suppliers as to this subject of asbestos content and so she also asked for copies of some of those letters for their file. While we are in the process of accumulating this information over the next week, I'm somewhat reluctant to provide the latter three items on this list and already did refuse to give her the specific formulas for which she asked, both pre-ban and post-ban formulas on wall patching compounds. I gave her general raw material classifications but declined on the formulas. Proko very likely will undergo a similar inspection, so I will advise Myrle of our situation here, but I'm almost inclined to contact Calfee, Halter to see whether or not we, in fact, have to provide some of this information which they have required specifically as regards raw materials etc. and customer names, although the latter, of course, they could darn near pick out just by visiting stores. In any case, it will take us another week or so to accumulate all this data which we are in the process of doing, so if you have any comment on it, I'd appreciate hearing on it before I send this material in.
