Make any resources possible available to Suskind to expedite completion of his health study. 2. Complete examination of employee health records by DMEH. This includes computer printout of all diagnostic test results by contract laboratory in Philadelphia and a perusal of each of the individual health folders. 3. Update the conclusions of the ongoing PAB examinations. 4. With the aid of an independent consultant, carry out an environmental assessment of the Nitro Plant. 5. With the aid of a geohydrologist, have readily available a plot of ground water movement near plant; dig new wells in strategic location(s) pinpointed by geohydrologic information. 6. Examine area of liver damage for dioxin prior to making repairs and take appropriate action. 7. Repeat sampling program,, analyze at outside lab. Operating unit devise sampling program that would ensure results of significance over time. Any evidence of dioxin will be tracked to source. 8.
