Please note that this case involves an individual who allegedly died as a result of continuous asbestos exposure while working for Sherwin-Williams as a pipe fitter. Please note further that the Application for Adjustment of Claim was Sherwin-Williams first knowledge of this alleged injury. Apparently, died on 9/17/86.
