We are replying to your letter of December 16, 1970.
We are very much surprised to hear that you are requesting a commis sion of 27o. We regret to inform you that according to our records you are not entitled to any commission. Perhaps you have overlooked the terms on which above order was accepted. In order to clarify this metter, v?e are enclosing copy of our letter of January 22, 1970, and copy of your telegram and letter, both dated January 9, 1970 accept ing our terms and conditions.
Secondly, please refer to the attached copy of ISM'S Letter of Cred it. The entire value of the credit or cash available to us, is $42,054.60, equal to 119 long tons at $353.40. According with the price agreed of $15.50 per 100 pounds, we credited you with the dif ference as follows:
