As the Director mentioned in her e-mail, in my role as the federal agency liaison for the Communication Officers of State Departments of Agriculture (COSDA), I'm looking for someone from EPA Communications to be on a panel (and possibly give an update on EPA) at the annual meeting in New Orleans this September and will be co-located with the National Association of the State Departments of Agriculture. The panel will be looked at agriculture issues and the environment. At past COSDA meetings, we've had representation from USDA, FDA and CDC communications staff. Additionally, COSDA looks to better work with our federal counterparts and how we can further build those relationships. The agenda is still being finalized, but the COSDA members would love to have EPA be a part of the event. Thank you for your help and consideration.
