Hi. So this is a letter to the White House that I sent by fax on June 25, 2014, sent by E-mail on June 26, 2014. It's a /copyright applied for/ letter. It introduces me as a super inventor, and mentions my previous submissions to the USPTO, that were received, utilized, and never paid royalties or given enough due recognition, and further goes on to declare and announce, that I have invented free energy, several systems of it, possibly more than ten, and proceeds to elaborate on the issue, and describe one of them in reasonably moderate detail, while mentioning several more. It describes how they are constructed and what the will be applied for. It explains the new internal concepts, and great organized technology that creates free energy and makes it truly possible may be for the first time ever; whilst ready for built first in U.S.. It requests funding for putting together, and realizing this project, or rather several different devices for several purposes, such as motive power for automobiles ((that never need to acquire fuel from a source that's external, or stationary installation for electricity (power) generation, that don't need resuppliable fossil fuel, or any other current raw energy input sources; for they are internally supplied automatically with reusable energy, and self-produced sources of continuous, green (always) fuel.)) And I want to bring to you attention the fact that the stationary power plant, and legitimate numbers of them (all green, clean, free energy fuel) can be made by October 2018 apx. So, by December, 2018, there could be a moderately large number of above described powerplants running. They will be nearly 100% clean, and eco-friendly. energy end electricity generated by them could power more than half the states in America, could go in the grid, and substantially so, and could be sold to other countries for revenue, and increased domestic product, and national wealth. On the subject, while enjoying that wealth, another item that will be made available for acquisition, is an exquisite gigayacht, a giant sail boat, that is a sailing yacht, about 200 meters long, that is equipped with a partial free energy/renewable energy propulsion system, that has billions of miles/to infinite range without ever refueling, all included, with its engine and boat propellers working. I call it, the Oligarch Sailing Yacht. With prompt initiation of construction and manufacture, this item could sail by August, 2018. I have invented free energy system for other transportation types, such as Jetliner, may be large ships, (working on this), and potentially, ir required, submarines. Tanks using a different, new ICE (Internal Combustion Engine), will have an unlimited range without refueling too, and are ready to be deployed. As for the decuple hybrid engine for road vehicles, that is described in the E-mail before, the timeline is as approximately as follows: Long buses and Locomotives by 2023, 60' long conventional buses by 2024-2028, Large SUVs by 2028-2029, 8 meter long automobiles by 2030, 5+ meter long automobiles by 2031, and the rate of progress may be accelerated by an average of 3 years by faster work. So, automobiles for consumers mostly in their large form could potentially go on low-production sale by 2025 with high acceleration of the rate of effort, labor, and quality funding. In the meantime, I would like to put on sale (So as bringing to the market) for buyers' consumption and usage, factorizations and fractions of the entire (hybrid x 10 power plant engine system), using easiest to manufacture features and aspects of the complex power device which generates free energy when whole), and bring to market using upgrades to the current brands including makes and models, along with some brand new designs; start selling "Double Hybrids", and further on triple and quadruple hybrids (may be

even call them that, and market them as such), that significantly increase standard mileage and MPGs, may be 80 miles a gallon for a 325-500 horsepower car. Eventually, the efficiency will go much higher. However, the cleaning of the outside air, and reduction of the pollution is going to happen instantly, along with decrease in greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. These first sales shall bring in the revenue, that, partially, will be reinvested, to complete the general project, which is a complete fuel input-free automobile. As for revenue in general, I would prefer to take in 70 percent of the haul, but will be Ok with 46%, to finance further development and progress. I am going to need several hundred billion dollars a year for at least 5 to 10 years to fund the project, may be partially supplied, by a new, "free energy tax", however, I might finish a prototype of one or more examples of free energy cars, for 10 billion dollars or even much less depending on how it goes. I am going to need the support and involvement of several tens of thousands of engineers, however could do with just a few hundred, but hold the extras in reserve, just to get everything right and perfect, and accomplish all goals. Employees not utilized, is going to save most of the expenses. I will also require collaboration and participation of all 3 major U.S. auto manufacturers. Due to the high secrecy and sensitivity of the information, that I've invented, and part of which I am dealing with, and will be developing and may be working with much more, I would like to request the protection of the U.S. Secret Service on the highest level. About the most important aspect about what I am putting forward, is that I have developed, at least in theory, likely a lot more, a technology that is going to help, if not do the work entirely, of eradicating most if not all pollution in the world, whilst additionally reducing the polluting substance that comes mostly from emissions, which is carbon, from more than 400 parts per million to 245 ppm, or even less, on the entire Earth, potentially going all the way to zero, which, may be will bring a new Ice Age, due to the lack of greenhouse gases, it can possibly be done with

this technology, however; fear not, because I am not going to do that as a favor to the American People. All I want to do as an extra benefit to reducing the price of fuel, (it will be metered for miles driven for my profits (shared with other parties); and reducing or even tapering off dependence on foreign oil, mostly oil from Arabs; is improve the Earth's atmosphere, climate, and air, plus air quality in general, so that there can be saved by me, and some supporters; about 50 million people who succumb to atmospheric pollution each year, and save them every year. Global warming will also be eliminated in entire.

It is an ancient saying, that everything secret and hidden, eventually becomes known. Keeping that in mind, I would like to, how should I put it, have the whistle blown on myself. And should I also mention, this is the good news. It's all good news, in fact, today, from me. We could all use a little (although, this is huge) good news, especially with all that's been going on as of recently. May I remind the reader, preferably Mr. President himself, that this letter is entirely classified. If you are looking at this letter, and reading it, and you are not the President, please pass this on to top of the stack of the," must read" documents in the top of the front of the President's working desk in the Oval Office. "Top of the List" style. It will be better if you do so. And now, without any further ado, here's it all. I am an amateur inventor, among other things and activities, although an amateur only by broad definition; likely irrevocably the biggest and greatest inventor of all time. I am better at this than any amateur of professional, or just about any other type of inventors around. And I am about to become pro, perhaps exactly as of this writing. I've been imagining things for more than 3 decades, writing, some of them down, and even drawing sketches, examples and designs on occasion. I've come up with many. I was in the process of applying for one or several patents in 2003, depending how it was layered, however I ran into the Bureaucracy and excessive complexity of filing a patent with the Patent Office. I submitted the initial materials and documentation, however I have never received the agreeable mention and confirmation. I am making an educated guess form recalling what had happened, that, the application processing agents at the Patent Office have taken and studied, evaluated what I offered them for consideration, and processed, put together and utilized what I had explained to them, sold it, and have been leasing out and vending the services this system offered; while doing so all under the table. From that point further, these agents likely accumulated a small country's annual GDP's worth of revenue. This is revenue that is up to this point, untaxed. Your government and the IRS/inquisition agents, can attend to this later. Anyway, now to the matter at hand. I have invented free energy. I have invented several ways of it. One of them is with a car that drives without using gasoline or any other refillable fuel. It keeps the internal combustion engine, and is driven just like the "normal, regular" cars today; however, it doesn't need any external fuel source, (once it's broken in by the dealership)), and it is completely clean, and 100% non polluting and entirely green. It uses what I call a ""Decuple" hybrid"" engine-powertrain; ("Double Hybrid" would be x 2, "decuple", would be x 10). It uses (biggest spoiler of all time alert) a 10-stroke cycle, V-10, (or V20, v-30, etc., (multiples of 10,)) for performance, 5 liters to about 100 liter (it's all-encompassively clean). Also, progressive assistance of the main Japanese, and Western European car companies would be desired. I don't want to give too much away, however, I will mention, that the new type and generation automobiles, are going to use a completely clean, responsibly acquired, and internally (under the hood) replaceable fuel source, from a completely clean raw material, which could even be generated and created in house in terms of being manufactured and created, additionally implementing gas and fluid absorption, utilizing equipment and mechanical parts inside within the vehicle. The car powertrain can include, among other things (and there better not be anyone looting this from me because, this conceptuality, is in pre-patenting stage nation-wide), compressed air compacting, generation and storage system, heavy (4.5 or more ton car hybrid braking electrical generation, a gen set, ultra-cold liquid fuel tanks, solar panels, fuel cell generator, and a "Johnson" motor. Plug-in and conventional dual-fuel ready charging will also be available, however most of the time not needed. See, when a quarter, or a tenth, or less, of the typical power is applied to create new fuel, after the cycle is complete, the power plant produces several times the energy, as was implemented to fabricate the fuel, and free energy in term would be achieved when the power plant turbine produces 101%, (apx.) of the energy is consumes to function, by definition; when friction issues are taken into account, for practical purposes, the system may need between 200 and 400% extra energy production, to create appreciable , and experienceable free energy, and my proposal device concoction produces 800% or more of the energy put in. Much more, when on certain upgraded and improved energy plants, (and increased potency boiler systems, including their passage construction.) This assembled apparatus and creation, leaves no pollution of any kind, no residue, or evaporation/fumes; or externally emitted fluids or matter; when done with the right stuff, all of which for the technique and instructions I can mostly provide, and what's remaining will be assisted and counseled for completion of by me, to be finalized within several months. Finally, is the first free energy case. The first prototype of this assembly could and can and may be will up and running in 18 to 24 months. This concept if realized, could be capable of finding application in civilian, maritime (marine), military and aerospace industries, plus reconnaissance, and deep space utilization. carrying and launching vessels, while using this just suggested steam engine to provide power or complement power to the mentioned above vessels instead of nuclear reactors and nuclear generated heat-powered turbines. This new tech item could also be used on U.S. military submarines, as well as freight ships, cargo ships, oil tankers, and very large freight trains. It can also be used on very large airplanes. Probably, on the propeller types first. Eventually, it be almost certainly possible (in about as little as 3 years), to make a jet (turbofan) powered airplane, that is powered by this free energy, as well as hydrocarbon, or similar, het fuel made on board, of the airplane in the fuselage with free energy, and this Jumbo jet, could theoretically, and provisionally-expectedly, stay (fly) in the air at standard airliner altitude potentially forever. Now, additionally, the altered above-mentioned M l Abrahms Tank can be outfitted with the new, recently launched "Local Area Defense" Laser firing gun, manufactured from this year by Lockheed Martin.; or a dry surface and land derivative of this gun can be implemented, and because this weapon, mainly only uses electrical energy for its Ammo, usually at 10 KW, per hour level ( however this can be increased to 500 KWatts of might and power or more for dry land usage,, this gun can be used continuously by the above mentioned, Altered motive power Tank, because the engine conceptuality, that I had just described, has many hundreds of Kwatts/hour of electricity produced every hour and this laser weapon gun can be fired with frequency. Returning to the free energy car, and with mention of the super-clean electricity generation system, I will need funds to develop this system, and especially to do it quick. Keep in mind, that this is money strictly for the manufacturing facilitation, and fabrication of these new technologies proposed by me, and the money is drawn from an account or a fund as needed, and spent carefully, and not spent on other things. So Normally, this, system and it's prototype, could be arranged, built, and constructed for between 10 billion and 100 billion dollars, for all I know I may be able to accomplish for around $100 million, and fit the budget in satisfaction, for way under 1 billion, dollars, however, due to the way things can go and there be glitches, being that I am in America, I would like to have access, or at least the project to have access, to an account that can be tapped for any additional need, or if new hurdles, or unfinished deeds, or extra difficulties arise, even briefly, so to have within reach of support, when required, a draw (for the (project at hand) ability of 5 trillion dollars; even though most likely, I know, and in fact, I am confident, that I will not need most of it to finish the job, and to complete this undertaking effectively, I might need only about 100 billion dollars or even less, and with most small things that might come up, I will need not much more than 100 billion dollars, however, I want to have that extra reserve, just to make sure that I get this done right, because I am for the most part a perfectionist, and I like to get things finished and accomplished in a complete way, with results that are entirely fine, bespoke, and even amazing. If and when my free energy cars start driving on the road, with makes and models coming out, and begin being leased, and purchased, they will have a meter running, on virtual gas usage, premium high-end, entertaining performance-driving, and mileage, and consumers will pay an average of $ 2.90 -a-gallon, with supposed average mileage of about 28 miles-a-gallon. occasionally pay some additional expenses, affiliated with managing and running the power plants as and if they arise. And now some of the reasons for agreeing to my offer. At this time, the U.S.A. is purchasing more than half a trillion dollars' worth of Oil a year from terrorists. Anybody that sells (as a group) 60 trillion dollars' worth of oil at a time and doesn't sell anything else, and doesn't even manufacture anything else (and may be doesn't even know how to manufacture anything else), (and this is during a10 to 18 years period, taken as one,) for example; is a terrorist. America is using most of its own oil, which on some occasion it sells for use domestically, and the reserves are dwindling. The upcoming controversial Keystone XL pipeline green light for construction is a difficult decision. By "signing up" instead, for my proposition to create limitless energy, that is entirely, clean, entirely replaceable energy, the decision not to go ahead with approving the Keystone XL pipeline, becomes so much easier. In China, things are getting really smoggy; it's almost impossible to see a few blocks/miles down the road in Beijing, during main daylight. Selling stored energy to China will reverse the trade deficit of the U.S., especially the one with China. Since the energy my devices make are ample, and enough to make liquid petroleum, out of water, exhaust vapor, and even water and smog, selling LNG to China would reasonably resolve their pollution problem. If the production of what I am proposing goes under (my) full control with sufficient safety, and product supervision, as well as an excellent service track record, it will be possible to license, franchise, version of my derivative of hyper-clean power plants, to be shipped built, installed, assembled, and activated/turned on; in China. In Japan, people are breathing 4 % oxygen air in major cities, going on 3 %. When the oxygen level in in the atmospheric air, hits 2 %, many or most of them will buckle. (Normal oxygen amount in the air is at least, or around 20 %.). All of this this agreement arranging will bring billions and trillions to the U.S.A. economy assisting in quelling the burgeoning National Debt, and reviving inbetween-States Trade. These advents that I am bring forward and proposing will stop Global Warming, and also most likely reverse it, and also make the outside breathable air around the world a whole lot cleaner; and also a lot cooler, and a lot healthier; and probably end most of the droughts, such as the California drought, and the California Shortage of water. It will also prevent the shortage of water spreading to other states, and vicinities. It will stop Antarctica from having its ice melt away in gigantic quantities, which has recently started, as an almost unstoppable chain reaction, but my advents can stop it, and can reverse it, and can create even more ice in Antarctica.
