Congressman Van Drew extends an invitation to Secretary Duffy to join him in South Jersey for a ceremony celebrating the revitalization of the William J. Hughes FAA Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace. Last year the Congressman codified the Technical Center by writing it into the U.S. Code (49 U.S.C. 106(h)) through the FAA Reauthorization of 2024. This made the Center a formal part of federal law and established it as a leader in new aviation technology. This event will officially rename the Technical Center to include Advanced Aerospace, and is a great opportunity for the Secretary to emphasize his agenda on using technology to improve aviation safety. I know you said he was also interested in touring the facility. My Chief of Staff has identified three viable dates for the Congressman, April 14th 21st or 25th. We hope that one of these will work for the Secretary. We discussed the day after easter, the 21st, being potentially ideal. I have cc'ed Beth Burkett, Chief of Staff of the Technical Center, and Alyson, the Congressman's Scheduling Director, to facilitate arrangements. Sincerely, Haddon Antonucci -- Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Congressman Jeff Van Drew (NJ-02) P: (b)(6) A: 2447 RHOB, Washington, D.C. 20515 OST-2025-1200 Page 02862 Sierra Club v.
