SMITH: Also there were three additional 4 documents that I referred to yesterday that we did not 5 publish. 6 They are the 1953 sales agreement between 7 Owens-Illinois and Owens-Corning, which is our Exhibit 8 1054, and it is dated 1953. 9 The 1958 sales agreement between Owens- 10 Illinois and Owens-Corning where they sold the Kaylo 11 line to Owens-Corning and that is our Exhibit 1055, 12 and our Exhibit OCF 353 which discussed the asbestos 13 content, and I read that into evidence yesterday, Your 14 Honor. 15 THE COURT: Those three will be admitted 16 into evidence. 17 MR.
