It was an honor to have the Administrator in Little Rock!
I know you are extremely busy, but wanted to take a moment to pass on a note about some of the career staff at EPA. We have enjoyed an amazing collaborative relationship with Mr. Andrew Sawyers (Director of EPAs Wastewater Office) and his staff. A few years ago, Mr. Sawyers formed an informal group called the Animal Agriculture Discussion Group that has led to some great work product including a flyer highlighting the benefits of manure as a fertilizer and videos for educating EPA staff on Animal Agriculture. This is a model of how collaboration leads to tools that protect water quality and educate the public.

On behalf of Administrator Pruitt, we wanted follow-up and thank everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to attend the WOTUS discussion yesterday at the Poultry Federation--it was a productive meeting despite differences in sports politics.
In all seriousness, the meeting was beyond beneficial to the Administrator, Sarah and the rest of the agency. Please let us know how we can be helpful going forward and also keep us posted on issues on the horizon in your neck of the woods.
