I also have your letter about my reply to Dr. Reznikoff and note your further comments in your last letter. I do hot consider that m y letter to Dr. Reznikoff is any part of the record of this case, and despite Dr. R e z n i k o f f *3 apparent belief that I had forwarded a copy to you, I still do not consider it proper professional courtesy to supply you with this letter. It was private communication between two doctors, and I should prefer to consider it .in that light. I did not mind showing it to you, and I did so largely to offset in your mind any doubt as to the position I had taken in the matter, and any skepticism that you might have had concerning the evi dence in support of m y previous statements. The evidence which I reviewed in my letter can be found in published arti cles and need not be emphasized for the purpose of the record by my additional comments on it.
