Washington, D.c. 20037 Dear Langley: RE: Ad Hoc Committee to Establish a Vinyl Chloride Mutual Aid Network As you know, at the Vinyl Institute Executive Board's February 27 meeting, information was presented on the formation of a vinyl chloride specific mutual aid network and the expenditures likely to be needed to implement this initiative. Your February 15 input was included in this presentation. Following a lengthy discussion, it was the consensus of the Board that future activities related to the formation of the VC Network be pursued as a CMA activity. It is my understanding that John Coburn of occidental, who has been serving as chairman of the ad hoc committee will be in contact with you and your colleagues to pursue this activity. On behalf of the vinyl Institute, I want to thank you, Mike Donahue, Susan Howe and Alma Howard for the contributions CMA has already made to this activity.
