The ingredients are the finest in pigment and oil combination to produce self cleaning properties and durability. Endurance is made in White, Black and twelve colors-- Ivory, Beige, Cottage Brown, Cream White, Colonial Yellow, Crylight Green, Shadow White, Cream, Tobacco Brown, Light Gray, Medium Gray, Thistle Green. Drying Tim*-- 24 hours--48 hours for recoating. Coserags--Apply at a spreading rate of 650 square feet per gallon. Application-- Stir thoroughly before using. Old Painted Surface*--Remove loose paint, scales, blisters and dirt. Surface must be dry. All bare wood should receive a coat of Endurance Base Coat, or paint reduced as for new surfaces. Second Coat--Add small amount of turpentine. Third Coat--Apply paint as received, full body. Neu Unpointed Surfaces--Use Endurance Base Coat for priming. Formulated from the highest grade materials available to give One Coat coverage for repaint work when the surface to be recoated is in good condition for repainting. Drying Time--24 hours. Cossrops--660 square feet per gallon. Application--Stir thoroughly with a lifting motion. Do not add thinning oils or other paints to this product. Use as White only. Do not tint. This product covers and hides better than ordinary paint--one coat is equal to two costs of ordinary material and when applied ovar a first coat of our Exterior Base Coat produces a perfect two-coat job. It is so formulated that it resists the staining action of copper, iron and lead and to produce a white bouse that rotains ita original beauty throughout the life of the paint. This product ia lead free, consequently ideally suited for use on the farm because lead hearing is injurious to livestock. Old Painted Surfaces--Make sure the surface is dean and dry. All loose paint should be scraped, wirebruahed or burned oS before applying paint. First Coat: Add 1 to 2 pints of raw linseed oil ana about 1 pint of turpentine to gallon of paint, depending on condition of surface. Allow three days to dry in good weather. Made from specially prepared oils to produce the elasticity, the adhesion, and to control penetration that is so necessary to exterior paint jobs. Also an excellent primer lor asbestos wall sidings, or porous masonry surfaces. Drying Tint--18 to 24 hours--48 or more for recoating. Cottragt--SBO to 600 square feet per gallon--one coat. Application--Stir the paint thoroughly with a lifting motion. All surfaces should be perfectly dry and free from all foreign matter Under normal conditions. Base Coat should be applied without reduction although thinning 10% with turpentine improves working con ditions during extremely hot weather. Old Painted Surfactt--Remove loose paint by scraping, wire brushing or burning off where necessary. Be sure the surface Is perfectly dry. Apply Base Coat to all sections that have become bared by blistering, scaling or peeling and to the entire surface if the old paintls porous, chalking and badly weathered. New Unpointed Surfactt--Uto Base Coat full body, without adding any liquid. Two-Coat System--Titan-O-Zinc or Endurance House Paint are the specified paints to be used without reduction as the flnfahm* coat over Base Coat for a specified two-coat job. To secure proper film thickness on a finished two-coat job. Base Coat should be applied at a spreading rate of about 460 square feet of surface per gallon. Replace liquid, stir thoroughly before ana during use. Any surface which shows indications of alkali should receive a wash coat made by dissolving two pounds of zinc sulphate crystals into a gallon of water. Apply freely and allow to dry thoroughly. Old Painitd Surfactt-- Remove loose paint, touch up bare spots as recommended for prime coat on new work, then apply one coat of liquid Cement Coating. New UnpainUd Surfactt--First Coat. To each gallon of Liquid Cement Coating add one quart of Cement Mixing liquid. This should be applied liberally and brushed well into pores. Allow forty-eight hours to dry. Second Coat: Any spots on surface that show fiat, should receive a second coat. Allow these spot* to dry then apply a finish coat of liquid Cement Coating full body. Shingle Stains produce a soft rich effect on the roof and give extra protection. They withstand the severest weather conditions, mrintriningthelr attractive shades without lading or streaking. These Shingle Stains prevent decay, and preserve the life of a wood shingled house. Use to beautify and protect. Drying Time-24 to 48 bourn. Coverage--Approximately 160 square feet per gallon. Application--By dipping, brush or spray. Stir thoroughly before using. Be sure surface is dean and dry. Old Work--On all old work the shingles must be brushed snd particular care should be used to see that all portions, particularly the edges, are well coated. Two coats are recommended. New Work--The most practical way to stain shingles is to dip them into a container which will accommodate at least a dozen or more at one time. Then remove them to another receptacle or trough and allow to properly drain. This process will afford protection to alt exposed surfaces. Produces a dead fiat finish. Has a preservative effect on wood. Drying Time-S* hours. Coverage--225-320 square feet per gallon, depending on type of surface. Application - Apply by brush or spray. One coat is all that is required. Just as much should be applied to the surface aa wifi give solid covering. For brush application, reduce with X gallon of Mineral Spirits and X gallon of raw linseed oil to the gallcm. For better durability use X raw linseed oil but no mineral spirits. For spray, reduce with the same liquids in proportions that wifi give free flow of the paint through spray nozxle. Should not be confused with the ordinary line of floor paints as it is distinctly dif ferent. It is especially adapted for finishing old and worn linoleum, new or painted woodwork, furniture, cement and Inside or outride floors and steps. Drying Time--12 hours, 24 or more for recoating. Contra}!--500-600 square feet per gallon--one coat. Application-- Stir enamel well before using. Be sure surface is clean and dry. Remove polishes, wax or grease by washing with turpen tine. When washing cement with Zinc-Sulphate, allow to dry thoroughly before painting. Inride Floor*, Linoleum and Furniture--Reduce the first coat 10% with turpentine. Allow to dry overnight, then apply second coat as it comes from the can. Cement Surface*--It cement Is new, wash with a solution of two pounds of sine sulphate to a gallon of water to neutralise riVrii in cement. Reduce first coat slightly with turpentine. Apply second coat as it comes from can. Porch Floor* and Step*--On surfaces previously painted apply one or two coats if desirable. Allow overnight drying between costs. On new or unprinted surfaces use Exterior Basecoat as priming coat, follow with one or two coats of Florenamd. Allow two or throe days for Basecoat to dry and overnight between coats of Florenamel. Boiled linseed oil may be added 1 pint to a gallon for greater durability. It is highly resistant to acids, alkali, moisture, sever* fume conditions, oil and grease. It is the perfect finish for concrete floors. PU-Namel resists water and the action of alkalies in the concrete. It has good resistance to abrasion, good adhesion and is sufficiently hird to resist wear. It is an anti-corroeive, and protecta against the deterioration of metal. Drying Time-- Sets in 80 minutes and dries firm overnight. Coetrage--400-600 square feet per gallon--one coat.
