The Communications committee oversees the APCO contract and therefore should provide that information. I am away on vacation this week, but I spoke with her briefly today about our current situation. What I think we need: 1) tracking study costs, including costs peripheral to the study such as investigator expenses and travel, as well as costs peripheral to the investigators, communications budgets (contractors), and main study administration via API.
