Additional information was desired for the AR forms. Hiss Murray;-said, that Mr. Mangano could supply the required information. He was not available today. She also .referred I.H. to Mr. Mangano concerning recommendation 3 . When questioned about the X-ray program and previous visits by the Phila. mobile unit she was uncertain, of exact .details. She is going to check, into it. A visit will be made in near future to see Mr. Mangano. Addendum 12/15/70 S I.H. visited plant to see Mr. Mangano concerning above recommendations, Receptionist said he was not. at the plant today. Visit will be made again. 12/30/70 : V Visit was made to check on above recommendations. "Information was obtained for the AR forms. All the open end ducts have been sealed. These open ducts were supposed to reduce dust concentrations in the general air. I.H. explained that this was reducing the effectiveness of the LEV on other operations. Mr. Mangano said that there are no adverse effects in this regard since the ducts have been sealed.
