Please pardon my delay in replying, but a labor conflict at my plant prevented an earlier acknowledgement. As I pointed out in my letter of invitation dated June 25, 1974, no formal proceedings of our meeting are taken, nor are they published. Each representative is encouraged to take his own notes and at his discretion distribute them among his own organi zation. Thus, I am sorry I will be unable to comply with your request for a report of the association's recent meeting.
