Dr. Robert A. Kehoe Fettering Laboratory College of Medicine University of Cincinnati,
Cincinnati, Ohio
Dear Dr. Kehoe Dr. von Oettingen, of the U. S. Public Health Service, has returned
the six papers on lead poisoning to me, as he writes that he does not feel com
petent to judge them.
Consequently, I am sending them to one of our men here
at the Medical School, who is an authority on lead poisoning. He is away on
his vacation, but I am sending them along just the same, and hope to be able to
write you before long.
This is a difficult time of year to get anything done
quickly, as so many people are out of town. I am leaving myself on the 22nd
for ten days or two weeks.
If we do publish this symposium, I should like to put it into one
number by itself, making it complete in that way. It seems to me it would be
of great value publishing it together as.one whole group.
I am very sorry there has to be this delay, but I am sure that you will
understand, that with Mr. Drinker out of town, it necessarily makes it more
difficult for me to get a prompt reply back to you.
Sincerely yours.
