We have no record of employment by our Company of either Mr. E. A. Weaver or Mr; Marvin King. Information furnished to us indicates that both worked for our predecessor at the Tyler, plant. Union Asbestos and Rubber Company (now UNARCO). We are informed that Mr. Weaver worked for that Company at Tyler until about 1955 when he left its employ. Mr. King, who is now deceased, also left that Company's employ before we took over the plant in 1962. With respect to Messrs. Gottwald, McMillin and McMurray who did work for us at Tyler, I am attaching hereto a summary which gives the infor mation you requested.
