Nevertheless, X have no knowledge of how we could handle the matter bettor, and I agree with you that we should review the situation rather carefully before taking some other action, X have received the copies of the placards which you sent me. They are quite adequate for my purposes, since all I attempt to do is to keep a complete file of material which, is in official use. If any situation should arioe whereby I should require additional copies, I shall let you know. I was very glad to find that we were in such complete agree ment with respect to the mixing plant at San Antonio, Chile.
