Grace Dear Dr. Egilman: I have received responses from six agencies located either at Edgewood Arsenal (MD) or at Aberdeen Proving Grounds (MD) in response to the FOIA requests filed regarding the Axnbros - Grace research work. (Edgewood is a closed military facility; most of the agencies which used to be located there are now at Aberdeen). Unfortunately, all the responses were negative as to the presence of any documents related to this topic. I have confirmed with the Washington National Records Center in Suitland, Maryland that they are in possession of the documents referred to in Ms. Hunt's book and I am tentatively scheduled to go there on Tuesday, November 8 to review these documents. If you have any items of specific interest that you want me to watch out for in these documents, please call me by Monday, November 7, I will contact you with the results of the review.
