Their is a 3-year transition period so the regulation does not enter into force until March 2020. The limits are 25 ppb PFOA and 1,000 ppb for a combination of PFOA-related substances. There is no end date for the use of existing stocks of telomer-based foams. I also attached are article that discusses its approval by the REACH committee.
