Dollars of the Common capital stock of said Harbison-Walker Company (which consideration, also includes the consideration for the real estate of the said Harbison and Walker Company), does hereby grant, bargain, sell, release and confirm unto the HARBISON-WALKER COMPANY, likewise a corpora tion of the State of Pennsylvania, its successors and assigns, ALL its business, property, buildings, machinery, tools, implements and apparatus of all and every description, used in connection with the business carried on by the said Harbison and Walker Company, and all materials on hand, finished and un finished, cash, book accounts, bills receivable, including all of its assets of whatsoever kind and nature, as of the close of business on May 31st, 1901, as shown by the books of the said Harbison and Walker Conpany, and also, all the franchises of the said Harbison and Walker Company.
