Bell SUBJECT: Recent Communication With Akron Chemical Plant Employees Concerning Work Environment in FVC, Hycar, and Agerite White (AHW) Manufacturing Operations During the week ending Sunday, March 16, 1971, meetings were held with Akron Chemical Plant employees at all levels to convey information regarding the subject. A meeting was also held with Local #5 U.R.W.A. officials for the same purpose. Enclosed for your reference are resumes (3) of the information which was conveyed. The subject meetings were conducted by mem bers of departmental and staff management, and all information was conveyed orally. Feedback reveals that the meetings were received with consider able interest, and general appreciation was expressed for con ducting same. Members of management in the plant are aware that any inquiries received from news media regarding tne subject should be directed to Mr. John J.
