Quantity Pricing: The original order quantity used to determine purchase price applies to a single shipment only. Orders for immediate shipment will be billed at the price in effect on the date the order is received. Orders specifying future dated shipments will be billed at the price in effect on the future shipment date specified. Price subject to change without notice. 3M will consider requests for special pricing to meet competition in large bid situations. Distributors are invited to request special pricing in these circumstances, and if a special price is authorized, all requesting distributors will be given that special price. Terms of Sale: NET-10-Proximo Transportation Charges Prepaid: Prices are F.O.B. point of shipment with transportation charges prepaid and allowed via cheapest way to destination within the continental limits of the U.S. Prices for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico available from any 3M Branch Office. Drop Shipment: When the monitors are not purchased for distributor stocking, the following drop shipment terms will apply: FULL CASE ORDERS ONLY. Invoice at consumer price less 20% discount. Return Goods Policy: Before returning products, consult your Occupational Health and Safety Products Division/3M Return Goods Policy and contact your local sales representative. Goods may not be returned without specific authorization. To Purchase: Distributor must have signed agreement and addendum for each product. Additions To Orders: Four additions of 10 or more assorted cases may be made within 30 days from the date of the original order and will be billed at the quantity purchase price of the original order. After 30 days from the date of the original order, the order is closed to additions. 3400 Monitor and 3751 Monitor are excluded. Important Notice To Purchaser The following warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose: 3M OH&SP products sold will meet the physical standards and properties set forth in the applicable product specification data sheets issued by 3M. 3M's only obligation under this warranty shall be to replace such quantity of 3M OH&SP Products proved to be defectively manufactured by failing to meet the aforementioned specification data sheets, and to be responsible for any third party persona! injuries directly caused by said defects.
