June 30, 1983 for chlorinated hydrocarbon emissions. The water feed to the scrubber was 23 gpm. The vent gas flow rate was measured at 13.7 ft3/min. It should also be noted that the vent gas was not visible during the first two minutes of sampling, however, during the last three minutes the vent started "fogging".
