Hey Kris, The ball is in the Solicitor's Office for action. So a follow-up meeting is not needed at this time. Thanks for the offer.

Jim--
Thank you again for meeting with representatives of the Desert Water Agency (DWA) of Palm Springs, California on Wednesday, March 1.
We are very concerned about the adversarial position DWA and the Agua Calient Band of Cahuilla Indians will be forced to be in. The BIA rule that prevents water utilities from collecting payment for water delivered to customers on tribal land is simply not reasonable, workable, or possible to implement without exceptional increased costs to customers on non tribal lands.
There are no winners with this rule. All parties will suffer.
Next week, March 20 and 21, DWA board members will again be in Washington, DC for the National Water Resources Association meeting. Please advise if an additional meeting would be timely or helpful.
Again, thank you for your time and consideration of our issue.
Enjoy your weekend.
