Re:
Glasgow, Kentucky
Dear Dr. Kehoe:
I enclose a copy of the deposition of one of the plaintiffs in the suit against Standard Oil Company and its dealer in Glasgow, Kentucky.
I would appreciate your examining this deposition and then giving me your comments concerning his alleged physical difficulties. You will note that he was anevasive witness and obviously had talked to some M.D. about lead poisoning.
M r s . ^ m i the other plaintiff, did not appear for her depos^ioru Her attorney and husband claimed that she was sick in bed on the date set for the depositions. She is to appear at a later date. I would appreciate any suggestions which you may have as to questions which should be directed to. her-
Very truly yours,
RICHARDSON, BARRICKMAN & DICKINSON
