You will remember my deep interest in this case because of Its bearing on public health work, and I am very anxious to follow him up and see what is thecourse of his illness* I received a note from the superintendent of the Hospital at dannonsburg some days ago requesting such information as we were able to obtain as a matter of record in the hos pital* As yet we have not completed the analysis of the specimens which were sent to us, the malysls being a some what long and laborious process* In due time, however, the analysis will be finished and I shall be glad to make report to you and to the hospital of our findings* I should be glad to have you Indicate to me just what statement of find ings is desired for the hospital records, whether there should be included a complete record of the findings made on physical examination together with an opinion as to the diagnosis, or whether what is desired are merely the specific laboratory find ings You may address me at the College of Medicine, Eden and Bethesda Avenues, Cincinnati, Ohio* I shall esteem it great courtesy if you will give me the privilege of seeing your patient again.
