We quote below from his le t t e r o f December 8th :- "In connection with the can manufacturing plant of the Hawaiian Pineapple Company of Honolulu I have several questions regarding the hazard of lead in toxication , i t s early detection and the best te s ts for early detection. "1. What le v e l o f lead per volume of a ir i s considered dangerous? "2. Would periodic physical exams every s ix months plus examination of red blood c e lls for stip p lin g and blood lead le v e ls be enough to catch impending lead intoxication?
