Dear Doctor Kehoe:
v s. Johnson Bronze Co. .
In accordance with my conversation with you of Saturday, I am enclosing
herewith my complete file in -which I would be glad to have you review
and give me your opinion as to the possibilities of successfully defend
ing the claim for death caused by lead poisoning.
'
I would also like to have, you, when writing me, make any suggestions that
you may have to offer relative to further preparation for the defense of
this case, as the file in one which I inherited, and I am of the opinion
that the evidence is not in the best of shape to defend. Therefore, may
we have your suggestions for the preparations for defense and particularly
such information as you think is pertinent to the further review of
this file by yourself after we have followed your suggestions for re
investigation? .
