Mr. Lappe further advised that on a tank cleaned at Pueblo, Colorado, this procedure seemed to work fairly well and that the flushing was continued until the water came out clean. 0 "0n this particular cleaning referred to above, the tanks are 6 feet underground and will bo filled with sand due to the fact that they were buried undor concrete."
