On behalf of NACAA's co-presidents Bart Sponseller (Wisconsin) and Sam Rubens (Akron, OH) I'd like to invite you to speak to the NACAA members at our upcoming meeting in beautiful Chattanooga, TN, on Monday May 21. We'll have people from most of the 156 state and local agencies in NACAA's membership there and some MJOs, but no press or other stakeholders, and I've also opened the doors to some of the air pollution control agencies from the region who aren't in NACAA for this meeting. I hope you'll consider it - I've attached the public agenda that envisions a slot from 1:15-2:45 but if something else works better with your schedule on either May 21 or May 22, please let me know and we'll gladly accommodate it. I also wanted to mention how much I learned from being on a panel with Mandy earlier this week at a meeting hosted by MECA on mobile sources. Folks in the room said it was the most substantive session they'd hosted in years, and I'm sure that's entirely due to Mandy's part of the conversation. I think everyone was impressed - I was.
