Mr. Harry Mack, Division Manager Ethyl Gasoline Corporation Mutual Hone Building 120 W. Second Street Dayton, Ohio
Re:
Dear Mr. Mack;
On September 30th I wrote to you regarding who works for us as a garage mechanic, and suggested that he be examined by a physician of the Ethyl Gasoline Corporation to determine whether he had any symptoms of lead poisoning.
I believe that he was examined by your doctor, but to my knowledge, we have never received the report of your physician. I should appreciate it if you would look into this matter for me, and if Hutchinson was examined, send me a copy of the physician*s report.
